The notes on the upper staff are harmonics to be played with r.h.: the index prepares the string division and the ringfinger plucks the string; the notes on the lower staff are thus to be produced only with l.h.: the first note of each couple with hammering the string, the second one with a slur. It is a matter of studying a bit the rhytmic coordination between the two hands (usually ten minutes of practice are enough to get familiar with this technique). The sound should be graceful, tender and remote. Good work.
