It was composed by Ponce on 1931, in Paris. It is in D major key, with 6th string in D. It is published - of course under Manuel Ponce's autorship - by Peer Music Verlag, Hamburg, copyright 1967. Nothing to see with Scarlatti, neither father (Alessandro) nor son (Domenico).
