In my town, a young and excellent composer, Fabio Grasso, lives. Last year, he won a composition award in Buenos Aires, entitled to Alberto Ginastera, with a sort of Concerto for Guitar and Orchestra entitled "Katoptroeidès". I would like to write an article about this piece in a major Italian music magazine, and I have got from Fabio (whom I know since when he was a prodigy child as a pianist) the score and a copy of the recording of the first performance of this piece of his (Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires, November 24th, 1997, with the Philarmonic Orchestra, conductor Bruno D'Astoli), but I lack an essential information: the name of the soloist who was on the hot seat on that occasion. Fabio does not know this name, and I have no idea of how to get it, except posting this message, with the hope that some Argentinian members of this list were among the listeners of that "estreno", or are informed about it anyway. I apologize with all those who are not concerned with this event and I thank in advance for any informations that might help me to help this younger and promising fellow of mine.
