Actually, this trillo has been invented (according to what papers show) by
Mauro Giuliani.
Please, see his Method ("Studio per la chitarra", op. 1, pag. 40 in the
reprint of Tecla Editions), where the Great Author dedicates a paragraph to
the subject "Del trillo su due corde" ("Of the trill on two strings").
